OpenClassrooms is one of the largest online education and training platforms in Europe. Their students complete skills-based projects and receive weekly mentoring sessions.
We created a custom webinar for their students in order to:
Identify project stakeholders
Approach each interactions by offering their expertise (instead of blindly fulfilling requirements)
Use open-ended questions as a way to uncover deeper information
Clarify assumptions and check in regularly
Recommend a plan and include diagrams and visuals to aid discussions
